Home Decluttering & Organisation

1. We start with a FREE discovery call where we can discuss your needs and aims. I will suggest options as to how to achieve this.

2. If you wish to proceed, then I will book in a home visit to see the space and discuss further. The home visit costs £35 and is booked upon payment. This is deducted from the cost of any package booked afterwards. We can discuss storage needs and options.

3. Package booked and a deposit is paid.

Moving Home & Downsizing

As above we will start with a FREE discovery call where we discuss needs, aims and options.

If you wish to proceed, we can book a home visit at a cost of £35. This is then deducted from the cost of any package booked. During the home visit I can assess the space and we can discuss options.

With a house move or a downsize I will help you to declutter what is no longer needed. This way you are not paying a removal firm to pack up and move items that are no longer needed or won’t fit in the new home. When downsizing, letting go of items that hold many memories can be difficult so I will be on hand to help and encourage. However, it will always be at a pace that works for you. I am not a minimalist and I think you should be able to live with the items you need, love and want- as long as you have the space.

Once moved I can help to unpack and organise in the new home so you can move in and start living.

Home Staging

I can also help with home staging when putting your house on the market. A good declutter and fresh eyes will do wonders to a space. I have recently sold my house … and to the first person to view it. I am passionate about good interior design and able to help with all aspects of home staging.

Again, this starts with a FREE discovery call to discuss, and followed by a home visit at a cost of £35 which is then deducted from any package booked.

Notes on what else is included:

  • I can suggest and order storage solutions for your space. I will need to measure up during the home visit. I will charge for these items at cost price. Only items used will be charged for.

  • All labelling.

  • I will remove a carload of items for charity, recycling, and the tip. Any more than this will be for the client to dispose of. Alternatively, I can arrange a charity doorstep collection.

A free discovery call is included.

Home Visit: £35 [which will be deducted from any package booked, making it free.]

My standard hourly rate is £35.

Packages

Half Day: £140 [4 hours]

Full Day: £210 [6 hours]

Long Full Day: £280 [8 hours]

24-hour Package: £800 [£40 saving] – This can be broken down into days to suit, perfect if you need a little more help.

Travel

Mileage up to 30 miles from DT11 is complimentary. For travel exceeding this, mileage is charged at 50p a mile.
